Job Description

Srindhya Global is seeking a Digital Marketing & Content Executive to build the company’s brand presence from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity you will be shaping the digital identity of a growing international trading company at its earliest and most formative stage. The work is visible, the impact is direct, and the scope will grow as the company does.

You will manage our LinkedIn and Instagram presence, produce content that builds genuine credibility with international B2B buyers, and support lead generation through well-executed digital and content strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow Srindhya Global’s LinkedIn presence target 25,000 followers within 12 months and Instagram account target 10,000 followers within 12 months.
  • Plan, write, design, and schedule content across both platforms including trade insights, shipment milestones, product spotlights, regulatory updates, and company news.
  • Write professional, SEO-optimised blog content for the company website on topics relevant to international pharma, FMCG, and chemical trade minimum two articles per month.
  • Coordinate with the trade team to gather authentic content for social media real shipment stories, buyer relationship milestones, and compliance achievements that build genuine credibility rather than polished corporate messaging.
  • Track performance metrics across all digital channels follower growth, engagement rate, website traffic from social and report monthly with clear analysis and recommendations.
  • Support the preparation of digital assets for trade fair participation, pitch decks, and email outreach campaigns.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or B2B communications agency or in-house.
  • Strong written English at a professional standard you will be producing content that international buyers and procurement professionals read and judge the company by.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn best practices for B2B content organic reach, content formats, outreach strategy, and company page growth.
  • Basic graphic design capability Canva, Adobe Express, or equivalent for social media visual assets.
  • Genuine interest in international trade, logistics, or manufacturing the content is most effective when the person writing it actually finds the subject interesting and wants to understand it properly.
  • Self-directed with strong scheduling discipline content must publish on time, every week, without needing to be chased.
