Job Description

Srindhya Global is seeking an International Trade Executive to manage B2B buyer relationships, identify new leads, and coordinate the end-to-end process from initial enquiry to confirmed purchase order. As a front-line commercial role, you will be the first point of contact for buyers across the GCC and Southeast Asia and your work will directly shape the company’s growth trajectory.

You will work closely with our compliance, documentation, and logistics teams to ensure that every buyer commitment is accurate, deliverable, and followed through without exception. This is a role for someone who is commercially sharp, genuinely interested in international trade, and comfortable building relationships across time zones and cultures.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and develop new B2B buyer relationships across target markets GCC, Southeast Asia, UK, and USA.
  • Manage inbound enquiries via WhatsApp, email, and the website from first contact through to confirmed purchase order.
  • Prepare and follow up on commercial quotes with accuracy and speed ensuring pricing, product specifications, and compliance capability are all confirmed before a quote is sent.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of prospective buyers and provide regular reporting on lead status and conversion progress.
  • Collaborate with the documentation and logistics teams to ensure that all buyer commitments are realistic, compliant, and deliverable on schedule.
  • Represent Srindhya Global at trade fairs, industry events, and buyer meetings as required including international travel.
  • Build long-term supply relationships that result in repeat orders, increased volumes, and expansion into additional product categories.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, international trade, export management, or a closely related commercial role.
  • Strong written and spoken English you will be communicating professionally with international buyers daily across WhatsApp, email, & video call.
  • Familiarity with export documentation processes and international trade terms (Incoterms, LC, FOB, CIF) is a distinct advantage.
  • A commercial mindset you understand that the goal of a trade conversation is a confirmed purchase order built on genuine trust, not just a pleasant interaction.
  • Collaborate with the documentation and logistics teams to ensure that all buyer commitments are realistic, compliant, and deliverable on schedule.
  • Self-motivated and organised comfortable managing multiple leads simultaneously across different time zones without losing track of follow-up timelines.
  • Experience working with buyers in the GCC or Southeast Asia is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
